Speeding fines

Speed caught by radar, by the road's limit (Annex IV). Exceeding the limit by more than 60 km/h in town, or 80 km/h on interurban roads, is a criminal offence (art. 379 Criminal Code).

How to read it: find the row with the road's limit and the cell with your speed; the column header shows the fine and points. Example: 50 km/h limit, radar at 86 km/h → 400 € and −4 points.

Limit, km/h 100 €no points 300 €−2 points 400 €−4 points 500 €−6 points 600 €−6 points
